How do I return furniture?

If you wish yo return your order, you have 14 days starting from the day your products have been delivered.

There will be a collection charge of 25£ (35 euros for the ROI) in total which we will show as separate charges.

If the product is faulty or not as described

Once you have taken delivery of the order, check the following

• Request photo of the damages
• Reach out to delivery company for their photos on arrival
• If you suspect a manufacturing issue, report to our supplier relationship team
• Inform the customer of next steps and initiate bank payment if applicable
