If you would like a refund on any items, please contact M&S using one of the 3 methods below:
· Option 1: Search our M&S Help Center and asking your peers in the Community
· Option 2: Send an email to: complaint@z3ndaveyms.zendesk.com
· Option 3: Call M&S Customer Support on + 1 256-448-4271
Please be advised that the refund will be issued to the original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days; gifts will be refunded by credit receipt. If you paid using an e-gift card, we will email you within 72 hours.
